Capture
Everything downstream inherits the quality of your intake. Capture it structured, once, at the moment it arrives, and delivery, invoicing, and reporting all get easier without touching any of them.
This page comes after the proof. If the diagnostic shows your biggest leak is at the door, this is what we install.
Client onboarding. New client information arrives in fragments: email, calls, attachments, memory. We install structured onboarding that captures everything once, at the point of entry, with the compliance checks built in. Our practice platform does this in minutes and is running in beta now.
Brief capture. The job sheet should hold what the client actually said, not someone’s interpretation of it. Our brief intake tool is live and doing exactly that. When the foundation is accurate, the creative work lands first time, and your team’s craft gets to show instead of being spent on rework.
Proposal translation. Structured capture between the strategic conversation and the written proposal, so what the client reads reflects the room they sat in. We have watched the gap between those two things kill engagements both sides wanted.
Request and idea capture. One queue for everything that enters, each item in a defined state, every suggestion scored and traceable to an outcome. We built this for our own companies first, because our own ideas were dying in WhatsApp.
Built, not promised
The tools behind these fixes exist and run today: an onboarding platform in live beta, a brief intake tool deployed and in use, an internal suggestion pipeline processing our own teams’ ideas, and registry intake with deduplication at the point of entry. We fixed our own intake before offering to fix anyone else’s.
One more thing, so the word intake does not mislead you. This is not only about new business. A work order, a defect report, a supplier query, a request from site: it is all intake, and it all leaks the same way. Wherever information enters your operation, that is where we work.
