After the diagnostic
The diagnostic is not a marketing quiz. It is the same tool we run at the start of real engagements, scoring your operation across ten dimensions, from how work enters to how it reports, each scored 0 to 2: not present, inconsistent, or enforced and measurable.
You get a score out of 20, and more usefully, a shape. Two businesses can both score 11 and need completely different first moves. The dimension breakdown shows where your operation is solid and where it leaks: structured entry, decision ownership, completion states, quality gates, and the rest. The leaks on the Leak Map show up here as low-scoring dimensions with your name on them.
Then we tell you the honest version of what to do. One of three things, and we commit to which:
One fixed-scope installation aimed at your worst leak: the intake that is costing you most, or a recovery pass through the process leaking most. Priced before we start, proven on your real work.
Some scores show the problem is structural: decisions, ownership, the operating system itself. We say so and route you to our sister practice, Renew Method, instead of selling you a fix that would sit on sand.
Sometimes the honest answer is that you are not ready to buy anything, and we tell you what to sort first, free, in plain language. A fix installed on chaos becomes part of the chaos.
After a fix goes in, the loop is the same every time: measure before, install, measure after, show you both numbers. If the fix worked, you will know exactly how well, and the next-worst leak is there when you want it. That is the whole model. No retainer creep, no transformation programme, no dependency.
